To invest in this new economy, we have set up a rigorous investment process to pick out the companies we feel are in the strongest position to benefit from it.

Identifying companies

We started by identifying space-related companies.

We then selected only the ones that comply with our ESG charter, excluding others such as arms manufacturers or companies that don’t have a debris management policy.

Qualitative analysis

We conduct a financial analysis of the company, examining its business model, its ability to innovate, its competitive advantages, etc.

We meet with its leaders to better understand its vision.

And we conduct an extra-financial analysis, looking at governance in particular.

Portfolio construction

We value companies with a 3-year price target and determine what weight each one should have in the portfolio based on this potential gain.

We constantly monitor the risk-adjusted upside potential of the companies in the portfolio.

Main risks:
Risk of capital loss:

If the securities or indices to which the fund portfolios are exposed decline, the net asset value of the funds may also drop.

The fund incurs a risk from investing in emerging markets, which is due mainly to political and regulatory factors and to the operating and supervisory conditions of such markets, which may deviate from those prevailing on major international markets. Markets movements, both up and down, may be bigger and faster than on major international exchanges. The fund’s NAV may therefore behave in a similar fashion.
Currency risk:
There is a risk of a decline in investment currencies, principally the US dollar, relative to the portfolio's benchmark currency, the euro. If a currency falls relative to the euro, the fund’s NAV could fall.
Discretionary management risk:
Management is discretionary. There is a risk that the fund may not be invested in the best-performing securities at any one time.
Sustainability risk:
Sustainability risk refers to an environmental, social or governance event that could potentially or actually have a material negative impact on the value of an investment. The occurrence of a sustainability risk may have a number of different impacts depending on the fund’s investment process and geographic region. Generally, when a risk linked to the application of a sustainability risk affects an asset, it will have a negative impact and may cause a significant decrease in value.
